Abstract: |
The effects of anodic oxidation process on thickness, corrosion resistance and surface morphology of hard oxidation film were studied. Aluminum alloy hard anodizing process was optimized with orthogonal experiments. The surface morphologies of anodic oxidation film were studied by SEM. The effects of anodizing temperature and sulfuric acid concentration on corrosion resisting were tested. The results show that the optimized process which is in favor of increasing hard anodic oxidation film thickness is as follows : sulfuric acid concentration of 150g/L, current density of 3. SA/ dm2 , anodizing time of 180min, anodizing temperature of - 5 ~O℃ . The SEM photographs show that the aperture and the hole ratio of films will enlarge with the increasement of the sulfuric acid concentration. |
