Abstract: |
The oxidized copper powder is packed by homemade anti-oxidant. The technique for removing the oxides is studied, the influences of anti-oxidant’s concentration and reactive temperature are discussed, the outcomes show that the acid is 5%H2SO4, the concentration of anti-oxidant is 1%, the temperature is 60℃.The result analyzed by FTIR indicates that there are characteristic peaks of anti-oxidant in the powder’s IR spectrum. It presumes that the surface is packed by anti-oxidant, which forms protective film on the powder’s surface, prevents the surface from environment, but it doesn’t affect the conductivity. |
