Abstract: |
Ni-nanoAl2O3 composite coatings were prepared on the 20 steel substrates by ultrasonic-electrodeposited technology. Through the method of the samples constant temperature 25℃ were statically and entirely dipped in the PH=3.5、5% NaCl solution lasting 210h, the effects of pulse current density, duty ratio of pulse, ultrasonic waves, and nanoAl2O3 concentration on the corrosion resistance of nano-composite coatings were deeply studied. Surface morphology and thickness of composite coating were observed and measured by SEM; nano-Al2O3 was ascertained by XRD. |
