吸波剂是雷达吸波涂料的核心成分,由传统磁性吸波剂所制备的涂料在海洋环境中容易发生吸氧腐蚀,导致吸波性能下降。为了满足海洋环境对吸波涂料的耐腐蚀要求,研究者们不断对吸波剂的成分、结构和制备工艺等进行优化,以制备出兼具高效吸波和耐环境腐蚀双重功能的吸波剂。重点综述了防腐蚀型雷达吸波剂在制备思路和技术方法方面的研究进展,主要包括磁性吸波剂表面改性、磁性吸波剂表面包覆(碳包覆、无机物氧化物包覆、有机聚合物包覆、多层复合包覆等)、多孔结构嵌入缓蚀剂、多种成分复合以及新型防腐吸波剂等,从制备技术、吸波性能、耐蚀性能、耐蚀机理、技术优势和不足等方面进行了梳理和归纳。概述了防腐蚀型雷达吸波剂吸波性能和耐蚀性能的常用测试与评价方法,主要包括同轴圆环法、弓形法、电化学方法等。最后展望了防腐蚀型雷达吸波剂的未来发展方向,主要包括提升综合性能、优化制备工艺、加强考核验证等,以期为防腐蚀型雷达吸波剂的研制和工程应用提供参考。 |

Microwave absorbers are the core components of radar absorbing coatings, and researchers continuously optimize their composition, structure, and preparation processes to achieve 'thin, light, wide, and strong' properties. In addition to absorption property, environmental stability is also an aspect that researchers are focusing on. Coatings prepared by magnetic absorbers are prone to oxygen corrosion in marine environments, which will lead to the deterioration of the microwave absorption property and further decrease in the stealth performance of equipment. Therefore, the development of dual-functional absorbers with excellent microwave absorption and anti-corrosion effects is of great significance for improving the long-term service capability of equipment in corrosive environments and reducing the daily maintenance cost. |
