      加工表面质量对材料表面耐腐蚀性能的影响具有复杂性和综合性,研究加工表面质量对材料表面耐腐蚀性能的影响,对如何延长机械产品的服役寿命、预测加工表面质量、精简制造工序和优化加工参数等具有重要的指导和实践作用。对已加工表面腐蚀形成机理进行了分析,并指出了影响耐腐蚀性能的因素,从加工表面机械物理特征和加工表面几何形状特征两方面入手,综述了已加工表面质量对耐腐蚀性能影响的研究进展。重点报道了加工表面机械物理特征中表面残余应力、加工表面金相组织变化以及加工表面冷作硬化对耐腐蚀性能影响的研究进展,分别总结了加工表面几何形状特征中已加工表面的表面纹理、表面粗糙度和表面伤痕对耐腐蚀性能影响的研究进展。提出应开展多表面质量参数之间相互影响综合分析,以及各表面质量参数联合作用下对表面耐腐蚀性能影响的研究,为开展表面质量与金属材料加工表面耐腐蚀性能关联性研究打下基础,并指出了加工表面质量对耐腐蚀性能影响研究的未来发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      The influence of machined surface quality on the corrosion resistance of material surface is complex and comprehensive. The research on the effect of machined surface quality on the corrosion resistance of material surface has important guiding and practical functions on how to prolong the service life of mechanical products, predict the machined surface quality, simplify the manufacturing process and optimize the processing parameters. The mechanism of corrosion formation on machined surface was analyzed, and the factors affecting corrosion resistance were pointed out. The research progress on the effect of machined surface quality on corrosion resistance was reviewed from the aspects of mechanical and physical characteristics of machined surface and geometrical characteristics of machined surface. The research progress on residual stress, microstructure changes of machined surface and the influence of cold hardening on corrosion resistance of machined surface was mainly reported, the effects of surface texture, surface roughness and surface scars on corrosion resistance of machined surface were summarized. It is suggested that a comprehensive analysis of the interaction between multi-surface quality parameters should be carried out, and the combined effects of various surface quality parameters on the surface corrosion resistance should be studied. In order to lay a foundation for the research on the relationship between surface quality and corrosion resistance of machined surface of metal materials, the future development trend of the research on the influence of machined surface quality on corrosion resistance has been pointed out.
