      目的 建立一套高温高压高含硫气井极限工况技术套管腐蚀环境分析方法,结合腐蚀评价实验确定钻井和采气极限工况条件下管材的适用性和安全周期。方法 根据东南亚海上某高温高压高含硫气田腐蚀环境(储层压力为57.3 MPa,温度为155 ℃,H2S的体积分数为0.46%,CO2的体积分数为6.44%,地层水Cl?的质量分数为1.6%),分析钻井阶段“全掏空”和生产阶段“生产套管-技术套管环空气窜”两种极限工况,设计腐蚀选材实验条件。通过SSC(硫化物应力开裂)实验和均匀腐蚀质量损失实验,评价T95套管在极限工况下的适用性。结果 若钻井阶段发生井喷,T95套管可满足30天处理事故和复杂情况的需求,且处理后仍能满足后续作业要求。若生产阶段出现生产套管-技术套管环空气窜,T95套管的套管鞋处均匀腐蚀速率为0.3047 mm/a,近井口处均匀腐蚀速率为0.7536 mm/a,可满足5年的使用寿命。现场应用证明,T95管材能够满足钻井和生产阶段应对复杂情况的需求。结论 钻井阶段的井喷工况和生产阶段的环空气窜工况是高温高压高含硫气井设计和实施中应考虑的极限工况,通过相应条件下的腐蚀实验可确定技术套管的适用性使用极限周期,确保现场作业的安全实施。

      The work aims to establish a set of corrosion environment analysis method for intermediate casing in HTHP (high temperature and high pressure) and high H2S gas well to determine the adaptability and safety period of casing material in extreme working conditions of drilling and gas production based on corrosion evaluation and experiment. Two extreme conditions of “all blow-out” in drilling stage and “gas breakthrough of production casing-intermediate casing annular” in production stage were analyzed based on the HTHP and high H2S gas field in the Southeast Asia offshore (reservoir pressure at 57.3 MPa, temperature at 155 ℃, H2S mass fraction at 0.46%, CO2 mass fraction at 6.44% and Cl? concentration of formation water at 1.6% to design the experiment conditions of corrosion materials. The adaptability of T95 casing in extreme conditions was evaluated through SSC (sulfide stress cracking) experiment and uniform corrosion mass loss test. If blowout condition occurred, the T95 casing could meet the 30-day treatment requirement and complex conditions, as well as the needs of following works. If annular gas breakthrough in production casing-intermediate casing occurred in production stage, the uniform corrosion rate of T95 casing at casing shoe was 0.3047 mm/a and the uniform corrosion rate of T95 casing near the wellhead was 0.7536 mm/a, thus providing a 5-year service life. Through the site operation, T95 casing could meet the requirement of complicate condition operation during drilling and production stages. Blow out in drilling stage and gas breakthrough in production stage are extreme conditions required to be considered in the design and implementation of HTHP and high H2S gas well. The adaptability and limit of intermediate casing can be tested according to the corrosion experiment with corresponding conditions to ensure the safety of on-site operation.
