目的 低成本地提高金属对海水的耐腐蚀性能。方法 采用新型低成本Al2O3溶胶在铝基底上制备Al2O3薄膜。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和接触角测量仪对制备的Al2O3薄膜进行成分、微观结构以及润湿性能分析。利用电化学工作站对样品的耐腐蚀性能进行测量,从而对薄膜的腐蚀防护性能进行评价。结果 该新型低成本Al2O3溶胶可在铝基底表面制备出无定形Al2O3薄膜,薄膜为直径不同的柱状体,且利用沸水刻蚀的办法可使薄膜上柱状体的致密度和直径均匀度不同。制备的Al2O3薄膜经低表面能物质改性后,对去离子水的接触角达到153.2°,具有较高的疏水性和较低的粘附性,提高了铝基底的耐海水腐蚀性,对空白基底的缓蚀率达到97.9%。结论 采用新型低成本Al2O3溶胶在铝基底上制备的Al2O3薄膜能有效提高对海水的耐腐蚀性。 |

The work aims to improve seawater corrosion resistance of metal at low cost. New lowcost Al2O3 sol was used to prepare Al2O3 coating on aluminum substrate. Composition, microstructure and wettability of the as-prepared Al2O3 coating was analyzed with X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and contact angle meter, respectively. Corrosion resistance of the sample was measured and evaluated with electrochemical workstation. The new lowcost Al2O3 sol could be used to prepare amorphous a Al2O3 film on the aluminum substrate, and the film consisted of columns of different diameters; density and diameter uniformity of columns on the film could be altered in the method of boiling water etching. After being modified by low surface energy materials, contact angle between the as-prepared Al2O3 film and deionized water reached 153.2°, and the film had higher hydrophobicity and lower adhesion. The modification improved the seawater corrosion resistance of aluminum substrate, corrosion inhibition rate of the film on untreated substrate was up to 97.9%. The Al2O3 film made from the new lowcost Al2O3 sol on aluminium substrate can effectively improve seawater corrosion resistance. |
