      目的 研究 TC4 表面等离子 Ni 改性层摩擦磨损情况,以提高航空用钛合金的使用寿命。 方法以近等原子比 TiNi 二元合金作为源极靶材,利用等离子表面合金化技术在 TC4 表面制备 Ni 改性层,考察合金层的组织、成分、相结构以及硬度分布,分析 Ni 改性层和基体的摩擦学性能。 结果 Ni 改性层主要由 Ti2Ni,TiNi,Ti 等相组成,Ni 原子数分数最高为 18% ;表面硬度高达 625HV;改性后的摩擦系数与基体相近,磨痕宽度是基材的 1 /3。 结论 TC4 表面等离子 Ni 改性层耐磨性增加。

      Objective In order to improve the service life of titanium alloy, which is widely used in aeronautical industry, friction and wear properties of TC4 surface plasma Ni modified layer were studied. Methods In this process, the near-equiatomic TiNi binary metal was used as the sputtering source, and Ni modified layer was developed by plasma surface alloying technology. Microstructure, ingredient distribution, phase structure, and hardness distribution of the Ni modified layer were analyzed. Friction and wear properties of Ni modified layer and the substrate were observed. Results The results indicated that the Ni modified layer was composed of Ti2Ni, TiNi and Ti phases, and the maximum content of Ni element was nearly 18% . The surface hardness was about 625HV. The friction coefficient of Ni modified layer was comparable with that of the substrate material, and the grinding crack width was 1/3 of that of the substrate. Conclusion The wear property of the TC4 surface plasma Ni modified layer was improved.
