目的 提高锌粉在富锌漆中的分散性。 方法 利用硅烷偶联剂 KH550 与过量环氧树脂 E-44 反应制备长链分散剂,之后与锌粉砂磨接枝,制得高分散性锌浆液;以有机膨润土与气相二氧化硅作为防沉剂,在二甲苯+正丁醇混合溶剂中高速分散后,加入改性锌浆和其它助剂,高速搅拌制得富锌漆 A 组份;B组份为聚酰胺 650 固化剂。 将 A,B 组份混合,制备涂层,测试涂层的性能。 结果 加入分散剂后,漆膜附着力由不加分散剂时的 2 级升高到 1 级,柔韧性由 3 mm 减小为 2 mm,抗冲击性能由 30 kg·cm 提高到 50kg·cm,电化学阻抗性能提升 1 倍以上。 结论 由高分散性涂料制备的富锌涂层具有良好的综合性能。 |

Objective To improve the dispersion of zinc in zinc-rich coating. Methods The high dispersed zinc slurry was prepared by zinc powder and dispersant, which was obtained by the reaction between KH550 and epoxy under sanded conditions. The part A of zinc-rich coating was first prepared by mixing bentonite and aerosol in dimethylbenzene and butanol under high stirring conditions, then the prior prepared zinc slurry and other auxiliary agents were added and stirred. Part B of zinc-rich coating was polyamide 650 dissolved in mixed solvents. Part A and B were finally mixed to make the coating. Results Comparing the properties of the coatings with or without the dispersant, we found that the adhesion changed from level 2 to level 1 , flexibility decreased from 3 mm to 2 mm, shock resistant increased from 30 kg·cm to 50 kg ·cm, and the electrochemical impedance was doubled. Conclusion The coating prepared by high dispersed zinc-rich paint showed good comprehensive properties. |
