      采用等离子喷焊工艺在纯铜基体表面成功制备了 Ni60 焊层,并对其微观形貌、元素成分、显微硬度及耐磨性能进行分析。 分析表明:焊层与基体呈现良好的冶金结合,稀释率仅为 5% 左右,且其显微组织呈细小枝晶状,硬质相呈弥散分布,焊层显微硬度高达 606 HV,耐磨性能较 Cu-Ni 合金焊层提高了 1 倍。

      Ni60 coating was successfully prepared by plasma spray welding process, and its microstructure, elemental composition, micro-hardness and wear-resisting property were analyzed. Results show that, the Ni60 coating presented good metallurgical bonding with copper substrate and the dilution rate was only about 5 % , microstructure like dendritic crystal was present with dispersed hard phase, the micro-hardness of coating had a significant improvement which approached 606 HV, and wear-resistant property increased by 1 times than that of Cu-Ni coating.
