聚合物水泥基复合材料具有良好的隔绝和密封性能,是一种性能优异的复合材料。按照各原料(水泥、乳液和水)的比例不同配制几种该材料的浆体,并涂覆至打磨光滑的马口铁板上制成样板,分别对样板进行了常温养护、抗紫外线老化、盐水浸泡和户外暴晒实验,结果表明其具有良好的防腐效果。同时,涂层腐蚀前后物理性能的变化证明其具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。研究结果为该材料在防腐领域的应用提供了依据。 |

Polymer cement-based composite material is high performance composite material because it has good thermal insulation and sealing performance,several of material slurry were prepared in accordance with different proportion of the raw materials including cement, emulsions and water. And they were painted on polishing smooth tin plate, the experiments of normal temperature conservation, ultraviolet ray aging, saline soak and outdoor exposure were done and the results were contrasted, which proved the excellent anti-corrosion effect of this material. And the understanding corrosion-resistant properties were also obtained combined with the curve of coating's performance change before and after corrosion tests, which provided experiment evidence for application of this material in anti-corrosion area. |
