      采用化学镀法在涤纶织物表面制备铜镀层,研究了粗化温度、镀液温度、主盐浓度和施镀时间等对沉积速率和镀层形貌的影响,获得了优化的镀液配方和最佳工艺条件,并测试了采用优化工艺所得镀层的成分。结果表明:采用优化的工艺条件,织物表面的铜镀层致密,光滑平整,厚度均匀,包裹了整根纤维,杂质含量极少。

      Copper coating was prepared by electroless on polyester fabric. The influences of coarsening temperature, plating temperature, main salt and plating time on the depositing rate and morphologies were discussed. The optimum plating bath and the best processing conditions were obtained, and the composition of the coatings prepared under the optimized process was studied by x-ray diffraction. Results indicate that the Cu coatings are dense, smooth, uniform thickness and the whole fibers is wrapped, and the impurities of the coatings is very few.
