用于钢桁架桥梁杆件摩擦面的防腐涂层,不仅要确保其防腐蚀设计寿命,达到一般钢结构防腐涂层的外观、厚度和结合力要求,还必须具有较强的抗滑移性能。采用钢桁架桥杆件摩擦面常用的3种涂装方案,通过测定抗滑移系数,对比研究了涂层的抗滑移性能,并简单分析了几种涂层的附着力、耐候性和防腐蚀寿命,为该类桥梁杆件摩擦面防腐涂层的设计提供了参考。 |

Not only the design of anti-corrosion longevity of anti-corrosion coating used in friction surface of steel truss bridge bars should be ensured to meet the requirements of appearance, thickness and adhesion of general anti-corrosion coating of steel structure, but also the anti-corrosion coating should bear strong anti-slipping property. By testing the anti-slipping coefficient of three general proposals of coating in the friction surface of steel truss bridge bars, researched comparatively the anti-slipping property, and also analyzed simply the adhesion, weather resistance, and anticorrosion longevity, offered references for the design of anti-corrosion coating of this kind of friction surface of steel truss bridge bars. |
