      综述了冷轧带钢表面残污物的主要成分及其检测方法,主要包括称量法、有机溶剂浸洗-质量法、反射率法、接触法、循环伏安法、水滴法等。对比了各种方法的优缺点,提出了目前带钢表面残污物检测手段存在的主要问题及解决方法。
英文摘要:
      Main components and detection methods of surface remainders of cold rolled strip were reviewed,including the weight method, organic solvents soaking and weight, reflectivity method, contact angle method, cyclic voltammetry, water drops, and so on. The advantages and weaknesses of each method were compared in order to make the detection more reasonable. Main problems remained and some possible solutions to surface remainders detection were proposed.
