      对无氧铜包壳管内表面酸洗进行了探究,在研究管内表面洁净情况的充要条件及流束速度分布的基础上,提出了洗效好、工效高、工艺适应性强、环境优、循环用液、自动清洗机组的基本形式,研制成功铜管内表面流动清洗设备。改善了无氧铜管道清洗工艺,提高了工作效率和清洗效果,减少了环境污染与材料浪费,且有助于推进管道的自动化清洗进程。
英文摘要:
      The pickling methods about the metallic conduit pipeline were discussed, flow velocity distribution in turbulence condition was simulated too,then the flow acid-cleaning of inner surface was introduced,basic structure of the pickling sets were designed as well. The methods and equipment can improve working efficiency and contribute to automatic process of pickling with less environmental pollution.
