为了提高材料表面的耐磨料磨损性能,对自制的NbC-TiC系堆焊焊条进行了正交优化设计。采用光谱仪、洛氏硬度计、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、EDAX能谱以及磨损试验机分析了堆焊层的成分、组织和性能,结果表明,优化焊条的堆焊层成分为:0.6%C、3.0% Cr、1.5% Nb、0.4% Mo3硬度达到HRC59.1,堆焊层组织为混合型马氏体和少量残余奥氏体+弥散分布的NbC-TiC。该焊条具有高抗裂性,焊前不预热,焊后不缓冷,连续堆焊不产生裂纹的特点。 |

To improve the abrasive grain wearability of materials, the orthogonal design has been applied to the self-designed NbC-TiC series surfacing electrode. The microstructure and properties were analyzed by means of OE, rockwell hardness meter, OM, SEM, EDAX and sand paper abrasion test. The results show that the content of the deposited metal of optimization electrode is CO. 60/o ,Cr3. 0010 ,Nbl. 50/o ,M00.40/o , and hardness up to HRC58. 9. The microstructure is the mixed martensite and a little retained austenite with NbC-TiC which are dispersively distributed in the matrix. A kind of surfacing electrode with anti-wearing and anti-cracking has been developed, which the surfacing metal is crack-free even under the conditions of non-preheating and non-postheating. |
