      与许多金属或合金镀层相比较,复合镀层具有耐磨性好、抗高温氧化性能好和电接触好等优点,其中,镍基复合镀层是研究最早、应用最广泛的复合镀层之一。综述了镍基复合镀层的沉积机理以及不同镍基复合镀层研究的最新进展,主要包括耐蚀和防护·装饰复合镀层、耐磨减摩复合镀层、抗高温氧化复合镀层、催化功能复合镀层等,并概述了其在不同工业中的应用。
英文摘要:
      Comparing with many metals or alloy coatings, the composite coatings have much performance, such as the good wear resistance, the anti-high-temperature oxidation performance and the good electric contact and so on. And the nickel-base composite coating is one of the most early researched and most widespread applied composite coatings. Recent progress in the research on nickel-base composite coatings prepared by electroplating technology was reviewed. These composite coatings include corrosion resistance and protection-decoration compound coating, wear-resisting and reducing friction compound coating, anti-high-temperature oxidation compound coating, catalyzing function compound coating. The deposition mechanism and application of nickel-base compound coating were summarized
