      为了研究内衬陶瓷复合钢管过渡层的显微组织和陶瓷层的耐磨损性能,利用离心自蔓延高温合成反应( SHS)制备了内衬陶瓷复合钢管,金相显微镜观察内衬陶瓷复合钢管过渡层的显微组织,在万能摩擦磨损试验机上测试了陶瓷层的耐磨损性能。结果表明:原位生成金属和钢管之间为冶金结合,原位生成金属和陶瓷之间为机械结合,生成的陶瓷具有较高的耐磨损性能。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the microstructures of transition and the wear resistance of ceramics, ceramic-lined composite steel pipe was made by centrifugal SHS. The microstructure of transition was observed with crystal phase microscope and the wear resistance of ceramics were tested by universal friction and wear test machine. The results show that it is metallurgical combination between in-situ metal and steel, and it is mechanical integration between in-situ metal and ceramic, the ceramics have higher wear resistance.
