)KC6Y Ni基高温合金是航空发动机涡轮叶片常用的材料,为了提高其氧化性能,利用自制的Al-Si-Y合金阴极靶材,采用电弧离子镀技术在冰06Y Ni基高温合金基体上沉积Al-Si-Y合金涂层,研究了Al-Si-Y涂层在llOOcC时的恒温氧化性能、lOOOcC时的循环氧化性能。结果表明:Al-Si-Y涂层在氧化过程中生成了连续致密的A12 03膜。将Al-Si-Y涂层与传统的二元渗Al-Si层以及国内外的多元涂层相比较,结果表明Al-Si-Y涂层的氧化性能要优于其他涂层。 |

>KC6Y Ni base high-temperature alloy is the material which is used for the turbine blade of the aero engine. In order to improve the oxidation resistance, using the Al-Si-Y cathode target material, Al-Si-Y alloy coating was deposited on >KC6Y Ni base high-temperature alloy by arc ion plating ( AIP). The isothermal oxidation resistance at llOOcC and circle oxidation resistance at lOOOoC were studied. The results indicate that the continuous and dense A1203 scale is formed. This coating is compared with the Al-Si coating and the multiply element coatings, the results show that the oxidation resistance of the present Al-Si-Y coating is better than other coatings. |
