为了探索氯碱厂废弃盐泥的新用途,将氯碱厂废弃盐泥与丙烯酸等共聚,过硫酸钾作引发剂,制得了吸附率为860-/0- 89%的F-吸附剂,用于处理超标含氟污水。并用正交试验法与单纯形优化法相结合,确定了制备F-吸附剂的配方及合适的工艺。增添了水净化剂的新品种,探索了氯碱工业废弃盐泥利用的新途径。 |

To explore new use of waste salt silt, F- adsorbent was produced using waste salt silt of chloro-alkaline factory and acrylic acid to copolymerize , potassium persulfate as initiator, with which to treat high F - water. The absorptivity is 860-/o ~ 89% . The proper process and the suitable recipe were determined by vertical cross experiment and simplex method. The new kind of water cleaner was developed and the new way of utilizing waste salt silt of chloro-alkaline factory was researched. |
