为了研究Zn-Ni合金镀层的电沉积机理,采用三电极体系下的动电位法测定了电沉积Zn-Ni合金镀层的阴极极化曲线,并研究了添加剂浓度对阴极极化的影响。结果表明:添加剂DZN的最佳用量是15mUL。当电流密度在0.32 - 20A/dm2区间时,Zn-Ni合金镀层的沉积属于异常共沉积,添加剂通过复配,效果好于单独添加,这是由于DZN型添加剂具有良好的选择性吸附作用。 |

In order to study the mechanism of electrodepositing Zn-Ni alloy coatings , the curve of cathodic polarization of electrodepositing Zn-Ni alloy coatings was determined by changing potential in the system of three electrodes, and the influence of concentration of additive on the cathodic polarization was studied. The results show that the optimum addition of DZN additive is 15 mL/L. Zn-Ni alloy coatings-codeposition belongs to abnormal codeposition when the current density is between 0. 32A/dm2 and 20A/dm2. The effect of combination of additive is better than single addition , as a result of satisfactory selective adsorption of DZN additive. |
