某型枪械产品枪管零件在生产过程中出现批量性裂纹,为查明原因、控制质量,采用金相检测及扫描电镜分析了3个不同炉号的枪管纵向贯穿性裂纹。结果表明:裂纹为氢脆及大量分布的非金属夹杂物所致,针对问题原因提出了工艺改进措施。 |

Cracks were found with batches on the barrels of a certain type of rifle during its producing process, in order to find out the reason and control the quality, the lengthways impenetrated cracks of barrels from three different smelting lots were analyzed via metallograph and SEM. The result indicates that the cracks are caused by hydrogen embrittlements and the non-metallic inclusions. Some improvements were put forward for the process. |
