      化学镀作为一种新兴的表面处理技术,已经广泛地应用于各个领域,化学镀的体系和工艺也得到了快速的发展。铝基前处理对于化学镀镍是最为重要的一个环节。根据近十年的文献资料,评述了国内铝及铝合金化学镀镍前处理工艺的研究进展,分类叙述了几种主要前处理工艺,着重介绍除油后中间处理过程,并展望了其发展方向。
英文摘要:
      As a new surface-treatment method, electroless plating is widely applied to various fields. The composition system and the procedure of electroless plating are developed rapidly. Electroless nickel plating pretreatment for aluminum is the most important tache. The national progress on electroless nickel plating pretreatment technology for aluminum and aluminum alloy was reviewed on the basis of the documentary of the recent decade. Several pretreatment technologies were reviewed and the middle process after removing oil was mainly introduced. In addition , the ideas for further research were presented.
