本文以5%磷酸为电解液,通过阳极氧化高纯铝片制得了有序性较高的多孔氧化铝模板,结合扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构和行貌进行观察和表征。研究了氧化铝模板的制备工艺,还讨论了氧化铝膜的形成过程,最后比较了一次阳极氧化和二次阳极氧化获得的样品的多孔结构,认为低温下采用二次阳极氧化法可以获得很好的多孔氧化铝模板。 |

The phosphoric acid of 0.5% is used in our experiments, the highly ordered porous aluminum oxide templates can be achieved by anodizing an ultra pure aluminum. Scanning electron microscopy is used to observe and characterize the microstructure and morphology of AAO. The influencing factors on the ordered extent in porous aluminum oxide template are studied. The growing process of AAO is discussed. Lastly, the comparison between the single-step and tow-step anodization is made. The results indicate that low solution temperature and two-step anodization method are necessary. |
