      利用自制防氧化剂对已氧化超细铜粉表面改性,研究了氧化层去除工艺,分析了防氧化剂浓度和制备温度对处理结果的影响,确定最佳工艺是以5%稀硫酸作为酸洗剂,防氧化剂浓度为1%,反应温度为60℃。实验发现铜粉红外反射谱图中有防氧化剂特征峰,推测防氧化剂通过化学键和作用在铜粉表面生成一层厚度适中的保护膜,抑制铜粉氧化,但并不影响导电性。
英文摘要:
      The oxidized copper powder is packed by homemade anti-oxidant. The technique for removing the oxides is studied, the influences of anti-oxidant’s concentration and reactive temperature are discussed, the outcomes show that the acid is 5%H2SO4, the concentration of anti-oxidant is 1%, the temperature is 60℃.The result analyzed by FTIR indicates that there are characteristic peaks of anti-oxidant in the powder’s IR spectrum. It presumes that the surface is packed by anti-oxidant, which forms protective film on the powder’s surface, prevents the surface from environment, but it doesn’t affect the conductivity.
