为了对不宜施焊的工程构件(如汽轮发电机转子)在加工、装配、运输及运行过程中出现的轧刀、加工超差、磕碰、磨损和拉毛等进行修复,我们对电火花沉积/堆焊工艺技术和沉积/堆焊层性能进行了试验研究,结果表明:电火花沉积/堆焊层与基体呈冶金结合,结合情况良好;对基体热输入小,热影响区很小且不会产生变形;选择合适的材料,可以使沉积/堆焊层与基体的性能基本接近。试验证明,电火花沉积/堆焊技术可以满足对上述缺陷进行修复的目的。 |

In order to repair the engineering components(such as the generator rotor),that is not suitable welding and is dug, size exceeded, bumped, weared and harmed in the machining, mounting, transporting and running. The electrical spark deposition/overlying welding technology and the performance of the deposition coat are studied. The result shows that the electric spark deposition is metallurgy combined to the substance;the hot affect zone is very small,and no distortion;If select the right material,it can obtain the deposition coat performance approximated to the substance. The examination shows that the electric spark deposition/overlying welding technology is adapt to repair the disfigurements described above。 |
