为了了解填料改性环氧胶粘层在长时间浆体冲蚀磨损下的性能特点。本文以纯环氧胶粘层为标准试样,对比试验了纳米铁粉、超细球状石墨等填料改性环氧复合胶粘层的200小时浆体冲蚀磨损性能,并结合磨损表面的形貌特征对其磨损机理进行了初步的探讨。试验结果表明:在各种填料改性环氧胶粘复合胶粘层中,以1%球状石墨改性胶粘层抗浆体冲蚀磨损性能最好。在长时间浆体冲蚀过程中,环氧复合胶粘层的浆体冲蚀磨损曲线呈现增重-失重周期性起伏变化,根据磨损表面的形貌分析,证明是冲蚀粒子在复合胶粘层表面随时间不断嵌入和破碎并脱落的过程所致。 |

200 hours comparative testing of the erosion wear performances of three wear resisting materials, i.e. the pure epoxy resin coatings, the epoxy resin coatings with nano-iron power as filler and graphite power as filler is described and their wear mechanism are discussed. The test results show that the effect of graphite power filler with 1% content on the wear resistance is optimal. |
