      近年来,超疏水表面材料在自清洁、防潮、油水分离、防污、防腐等领域有着广泛的研究与应用;同时,利用超疏水表面材料来研究生物系统成为了生物医学领域的研究热点,大大促进了生物医学检测先进技术的发展。综述介绍了超疏水表面材料在生物医学检测领域的应用研究进展,重点对痕量分子的浓缩和检测,分离生物混合物,精确定位纳米级别分子的位置,药物的控制释放,与多种光谱方法结合的检测方法,精确控制纳米液滴阵列,预防细菌黏附和生物膜形成以及抗血小板黏附、抗凝血等方面具有代表性的应用研究进行了简要概述,并分析了各自优缺点以及目前存在的问题;归纳总结了现有超疏水表面材料在生物医学检测领域研究存在的不足,超疏水表面材料在生物医学检测领域的研究还处于发展阶段,其中一些理论还存在着相互冲突的观点。最后,对今后的研究工作进行了展望,以期为超疏水表面材料在生物医学检测领域的研究与发展提供理论参考。

      In recent decades, superhydrophobic surface materials have attracted much attention due to their research and technological applications for self-cleaning, anti-wetting, oil-water separation, antifouling and antiseptic materials. Simultaneously, superhydrophobic surface materials can be exploited to study biological systems, greatly promote the advancement of biomedical testing technology. This review introduces the application research progress of superhydrophobic surface materials in the field of biomedical detection, focusing on the concentration and detection of trace molecules, separation of biological mixtures, precise positioning of nano-level molecules, controlled release of drugs, a combination of multiple spectroscopic methods, the nanometer droplet array, the prevention of bacterial adhesion and biofilm formation, anti-platelet adhesion, and anticoagulation. A brief overview and analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages as well as current problems. The research of superhydrophobic surface materials in the field of biomedical testing is still in the development stage, and some of the theories still have conflicting views. Finally, it summarized the shortcomings of the existing superhydrophobic surface materials in the field of biomedical detection, and prospected the future research work, hoping to provide theoretical reference and theoretical basis for the research and development of superhydrophobic surface materials in the field of biomedical detection. At the same time, it provides new technologies and equipment for clinical diagnosis of diseases and realizes a personalized medical system.
