      目的 寻求制备工艺简单、反应条件温和的合成方法制备C18固相萃取材料。方法 通过自组装法成功制备SiO2@Ag复合粒子,采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外吸收光谱仪(FT-IR),对所得的核-壳结构复合粒子进行表征。采用十八硫醇(C18)在SiO2@Ag复合粒子表面进行自组装键合改性,得固相萃取材料SiO2@Ag-C18,以苯并(a)芘为富集对象,对该填料进行了吸附性能研究,考察填料吸附-解吸循环20次的EDS表征及吸附性能稳定性。结果 温度为32 ℃条件下,10 min达吸附平衡,最大吸附量为15.49 mg/g。 结论 采用条件温和、工艺简单的自组装方法成功制备了C18固相萃取材料,该萃取材料对苯系物具有较好的吸附性能,并且该填料组分和性能均非常稳定。

      Traditional C18 solid-phase extraction material is prepared in chemical bonding method, which usually features in rigor conditions and complex process. It is an urgent issue in the field of chromatography to seek for a synthesis method featuring in simple preparation process and mild reaction conditions. SiO2@Ag composite particles were fabricated successfully in self-assembly method. This acquired core-shell composite particles were characterized with X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier infrared absorption spectrometer (FT-IR). N-Octadecanethiol (C18) was selected to modify the surface of composite particles in self-assembly method, then C18 solid-phase extraction material was obtained and named as SiO2@Ag-C18. Adsorption properties of this filler was studied with Benzo(a) pyrene as object of enrichment, so as to investigate adsorption-desorption cycle 20 times of SiO2@Ag-C18 characterized with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and stability of adsorption performance. Adsorption equilibrium was realized in 10 min and the maximum adsorption capacity was 15.49 mg/g at 32 ℃. C18 solid-phase extraction material is successfully prepared in self-assembly method featuring in mild conditions and simple process. SiO2@Ag-C18 exhibits good adsorption performance to benzene, and both its composition and properties are very stable.
