      目的 为探究不同固化工艺对无取向环保硅钢绝缘涂层性能的影响,研究无取向环保硅钢绝缘涂层的固化成膜机理。方法 配制了一种新型环保硅钢绝缘涂层液,分别使用不同固化工艺对涂层进行固化,通过中性盐雾试验、电化学测试、涂层绝缘电阻测量仪及扫描电镜来评价涂层的耐腐蚀性能、电化学性能、绝缘性能及表面形貌,进而探究工艺对无取向硅钢绝缘涂层性能的影响,并通过热重差热分析和涂层的红外谱图研究了涂层的固化成膜机理。结果 当固化温度为400 ℃、固化时间为20 s时,无取向环保硅钢绝缘涂层表面均匀致密,5 h中性盐雾试验锈蚀百分比小于10%,电化学参数最佳,绝缘电阻值达到300 Ω•mm2。结论 400 ℃固化20 s的涂层表面形貌、电化学性能、耐腐蚀性能和绝缘性能最优异,能够满足用户使用要求且绿色环保,对硅钢涂层的实际生产具有一定的指导意义。

      The work aims to study curing and film-forming mechanism of eco-friendly non-oriented silicon steel insulating coating by exploring effects of different curing processes on performance of the coating. A novel silicon steel insulating coating solution was prepared and cured by using different curing processes. Corrosion resistance, electrochemical performance, insulating property and surface morphology of the coating were evaluated by neutral salt spray test, electrochemical test, coating insulation resistance measuring meter and scanning electron microscope, so as to explore effects of different processes on the non-oriented silicon steel insulating coating. Curing and film-forming mechanism of the coating was studied based on differential thermal analysis and infrared absorption spectrometry. The coating had uniform and dense surface provided with the best curing process (400 ℃, 20 s). After 5 hours of salt spray test, corrosion percentage was less than 10%, surface insulation resistance was up to 300 Ω•mm2, and electrochemical parameter of the coatings was the best. The morphology, electrochemical property, corrosion resistance and insulation performance of the eco-friendly coating are all the best at the moment, meeting users’ operating requirements. The study of curing process has certain theoretical guiding significance on industrial production of silicon steel coating.
