      目的 制备力学性能、热稳定性和表面形貌等相比普通喷涂聚脲涂料都无较大差异的阻燃型喷涂聚脲涂料。 方法 以异氰酸酯预聚物为 A 组分、聚醚多元醇及胺基扩链剂为 B 组分,采用高压无气喷涂方法制备普通喷涂聚脲涂料。将溶剂型阻燃剂和无机填料型阻燃剂分别加入 A、 B 组分中,采用同样的方法制备阻燃型喷涂聚脲涂料。通过极限氧指数和明火点燃的方式表征两种涂料试样的阻燃性能,并对比分析二者的力学性能、热力学性能和表面形貌。 结果 相比普通喷涂聚脲涂料,阻燃型喷涂聚脲涂料的极限氧指数从 18%提高至 28%,拉伸强度从 12.5 MPa 变为 11.3 MPa,断裂伸长率从 430%下降至 422%。虽然阻燃型喷涂聚脲涂料的力学强度有所下降,但是下降幅度很小且在使用范围内,而且涂料的极限氧指数升高,热稳定性和表面形貌均良好。另外,阻燃型喷涂聚脲涂料在明火点燃后离火自熄,无浓烟,无滴落物。 结论 采用在 A、 B 组分中添加阻燃剂的方法成功制备了阻燃型喷涂聚脲涂料,得到了力学性能和热稳定性良好的喷涂聚脲产品。

      Objective To prepare the flame-retardant spray polyurea coating with similar performance with the spray polyurea coating in mechanical property, thermal stability and surface appearance. Methods The spray polyurea coating was prepared mainly from isocyanates (A component), polyether polyols and amine chain expanding agent (B component) by high-pressure airless spraying. We added the solvent flame retardants in A component, and the inorganic filler type flame retardant in B component. The method to prepare the flame-retardant spray polyurea coating was the same as that of the spray polyurea coating. Limiting oxygen index (LOI) test, tensile machine and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were taken to evaluate the flame retardant property, mechanical property and thermal stability of the spray polyurea coating and the flame-retardant polyurea coating, respectively. The two coatings were also analyzed by scanning electron microscope. Moreover, flame ignition was employed to test the flame retardant property of the two coatings directly. Results The LOI of the coating containing flame-retardant could be increased from 18% to 28%, the tensile strength was decreased from 12.5 MPa to 11.3 MPa, and the elongation from 430% to 422%. Although the mechanical strength of polyurea flame retardant coating was declined, the decline rate was not very small and still in the range of use. Furthermore, the LOI of the flame-retardant spray polyurea coating was elevated, and the thermal stability and the surface appearance were excellent. The flame-retardant property of the coating was good, which was self extinguishing, generating no smoke and no dripping after flame ignition. Conclusion The addition of flame-retardant could effectively improve the flame-retardant performance, and we successfully prepared the flame retardant spray polyurea coating.
