      目的 研究 HEDP、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和硅酸钠的复配物在过氧乙酸溶液中对 Q235 钢缓蚀效率的影响。 方法 采用静态失重法和动电位极化曲线法,研究常温下在过氧乙酸质量浓度为2000 mg/ L 的体系中,硅酸钠与 HEDP、SDBS 复配时对碳钢的缓蚀协同效应,确定最佳配比,分析缓蚀机理。 结果 HEDP、SDBS 和硅酸钠的复配物,在过氧乙酸溶液中对 Q235 钢均有一定的缓蚀效果,缓蚀效率依次为:硅酸钠与 HEDP>硅酸钠与 SDBS 硅酸钠。 当硅酸钠质量浓度为 200 mg/ L,HEDP 质量浓度为100 mg/ L 复配时,缓蚀效率最高达到 90. 42% 。 当硅酸钠质量浓度为 200 mg/ L,SDBS 质量浓度为 200mg/ L 复配时,缓蚀效率最高达到 57. 76% 。 单一硅酸钠缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率最高达 40. 53% 。 结论 硅酸钠能同时抑制阳极和阴极的反应,与 HEDP 有很好的缓蚀协同效应,硅酸钠与 HEDP 复配优于与 SDBS 复配的缓蚀效果。 较优复配缓蚀剂为:硅酸钠 200 mg/ L,HEDP 100 mg/ L。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the effects of the composite corrosion inhibitor composed by HEDP, SDBS and sodium silicate on the corrosion inhibition efficiency of Q235 steel in peroxyacetic acid solution. Methods The static weight loss method and potentiodynamic polarization curve method were used to study the synergistic effect of sodium silicate and HEDP, SDBS on corrosion inhibition of Q235 steel in the system containing 2000 mg/ L peroxyacetic acid at room temperature. Then the best blending formula was determined and the inhibition mechanism was analyzed. Results HEDP,SDBS and sodium silicate all exhibited certain corrosion-inhibition effect for Q235 steel in 2000 mg/ L peroxyacetic acid. The successive order of inhibition efficiency was sodium silicate and HEDP > sodium silicate and SDBS > sodium silicate. When the mass concentration of sodium silicate was 200 mg/ L and the mass concentration of HEDP was 100 mg/ L, the corrosion inhibition efficiency for Q235 steel could reach 90. 42% . When the mass concentration of sodium silicate was 200 mg/ L and the mass concentration of SDBS was 200 mg/ L, the corrosion inhibition efficiency for Q235 steel could reach 57. 76% . The inhibition efficiency of sodium silicate was up to 40. 53% . Conclusion Sodium silicate had both cathodic and anodic inhibition actions, and exhibited good corrosion-inhibition effect when compounded with HEDP. The inhibition efficiency of sodium silicate and HEDP was better than that of sodium silicate and SDBS. The optimal concentrations of compounded corrosion inhibitors were 200 mg / L of sodium silicate and 100 mg / L of HEDP.
