      目的 解决质子交换膜燃料电池贵金属催化剂利用率低、电化学稳定性差的问题,从而堆动其产业化进程。 方法 通过湿化学共沉积法获得低 Pt 特征的 PtCo 合金催化剂,采用欠电位沉积方法制备Au 修饰的 PtCo 合金催化剂,应用原子吸收光谱和电化学循环伏安加速测试技术研究 Au 修饰 PtCo 合金催化剂的电化学稳定性。 结果 成功制备了 Au 修饰的 PtCo 合金催化剂。 Au 修饰后,PtCo 合金催化剂的氧还原反应性能几乎没有改变,但 Co 的溶蚀率得到降低,而且电化学稳定性也得到提高。 结论 通过采用 Au 等具有高电化学腐蚀电位的金属修饰 Pt 合金催化剂,以提高催化剂电化学稳定性的研究思路是可行的。
英文摘要:
      Objective To facilitate the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells by revolving the key issues including low utilization and deteriorated stability of noble metal catalysts. Methods After preparation of PtCo alloy catalysts with low Pt loading by a chemical co-deposition method, the gold decorated PtCo alloy catalyst was prepared in terms of an under-potential-deposition method, and then the electrochemical stability of the gold-decorated PtCo alloy catalyst was characterized by atomic absorption spectroscopy and electrochemical accelerated test technique. Results Au-decorated PtCo alloy catalyst was successfully prepared. After decoration of gold, the oxygen reduction reaction activity of PtCo alloy catalysts remained unchanged, and the erosion rate of Co element for PtCo alloy catalysts in electrolyte solutions decreased with an improved electrochemical stability. Conclusion It was feasible to improve the stability of PtCo alloy catalysts by decoration with metals possessing a high corrosion potential such as Au.
