      目的 增强环氧富锌涂层的韧性。 方法 利用末端带有环氧基的聚氨酯作为增韧剂,将其添加到环氧富锌涂料中,研究增韧剂的种类、添加量对富锌漆膜性能的影响,同时研究锌粉含量对漆膜性能的影响。 结果 增韧剂的添加提高了富锌漆膜的附着力、柔韧性和耐冲击性能,但使漆膜的耐水、耐盐雾性能稍微下降。 结论 当添加占树脂质量 15% 的聚氨酯时,含 78% ~ 85% 锌粉( 质量分数) 的富锌涂层都能保持良好的力学性能。
英文摘要:
      Objective To improve the toughness of epoxy zinc-rich coatings. Methods Polyurethane toughening agent with terminal epoxy group was synthesized and added into the coating. The influence of the toughening agent with different types and contents on the properties of zinc-rich coating was investigated. The influence of the Zn content on the coating was also studied. Results The results showed that the toughening agent improved the adhesion force, flexibility and shock resistance of the zinc-rich coating, however, the properties of water resistance and salt spray test were slightly decreased. Conclusion When the content of polyurethane was set at 15% , the coating exhibited the best properties. The coatings with contents of zinc and polyurethane of 78% ~ 85% and 15% exhibited excellent mechanical properties.
