      目的 实现风淬转炉渣的再利用,论证风淬转炉渣作为喷砂磨料的可行性及应用效果。 方法对比风淬渣和韩国 PS 球、铜炉渣等磨料在成分、微观结构、物化参数以及抗破碎性方面的异同,并以风淬渣作为磨料对工件进行喷砂处理,检验处理效果。 结果 风淬渣具备磨料的特性,一次破碎回收率可达70% ,用风淬渣作为磨料处理的工件,清洁度可以达到 Sa2 . 5 级,表面粗糙度可达到粗级以上。 结论 将风淬渣作为磨料,能够满足工业清理和涂装需求,实现钢渣资源的有效利用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To reuse wind quenching slag, and demonstrate the feasibility and application effect of wind quenching slag as abrasive. Methods The similarities and differences in composition, microstructure, physical and chemical parameters, crush resistance of wind quenching slag and South Korea PS ball, copper slag, etc, were analyzed. At the same time, the wind quenching slag was used as abrasive blasting, and the effect of treatment was studied. Results The wind quenching slag has the characteristics of the abrasive, and the broken recovery of steel slag can reach 70% . Artifacts cleanliness levels of the processed workpiece by wind quenching slag can achieve Sa2. 5, roughness reaches above rough level. Conclusion The processed workpiece meet the need of industrial cleaning and coating, and realize the effective utilization of steel slag.
