      目的 研究 IMR 纳米复合涂层对飞机外部结构件的防护性能。 方法 对比考察典型加速腐蚀环境条件下,飞机外部结构模拟件表面聚氨酯面漆涂层和 IMR21 纳米复合涂层的腐蚀失效行为。 结果在经过 2 个阶段各 8 个周期的加速腐蚀后,模拟件涂层表面均出现了鼓包、开裂、剥落等现象,而且涂层在第二阶段的腐蚀程度略重于第一阶段。 与聚氨酯面漆涂层相比,IMR21 纳米复合涂层的腐蚀失效程度要低很多,说明该纳米复合涂层具有优良的抗环境腐蚀性能。 结论 可考虑在飞机结构制造、大修以及外场维护中采用 IMR21 纳米复合涂层进行表面防腐涂装处理。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the protection property of the IMR21 nano composite coating on the airplane external structure in comparison with the polyurethane paint coating. Methods Corrosion failure behavior of the IMR21 nano composite coating and the polyurethane paint coating on simulated samples of the airplane external structure were investigated in typical accelerated corrosion environment. Results After accelerated corrosion for two stages of eight cycles in typical accelerated corrosion environment,bumps, cracks and exfoliation occurred on the coating surface. Compared with the polyurethane paint coating, there was less corrosion for the IMR21 nano composite coating. And the coating was corroded more seriously in the first stage than the second stage. Conclusion The results showed that the anti-corrosion property of the nano composite coating is excellent, and is hopefully to be used in the surface coating for anti-corrosion purpose in the processing and manufacturing, repairing and maintaining of the airplane external structure.
