      利用马来酸酐热缩聚产物聚琥珀酰亚胺( PSI ) 和硫脲,合成了一种聚天冬氨酸衍生物。 优化了PSI 与硫脲的反应条件,通过红外光谱对聚天冬氨酸衍生物的结构进行了表征,考察了聚天冬氨酸衍生物的阻垢性能,分析了其阻垢机制。 结果表明:以硫脲对 PSI 进行开环,当硫脲用量为 1 g,改性缩聚温度为 100 ℃ ,反应时间为 2 . 5 h 时,获得改性 PASP 产品的阻垢效果最佳;红外光谱证明了硫脲的一个氨基与原支链上的羧基发生缩合,生成酰胺键,在聚天冬氨酸侧链上增加了新的官能团;聚天冬氨酸衍生物用量为 10 mg / L 时,阻垢率可达到90% 以上。
英文摘要:
      Polyaspartic acid derivative was synthesised with sulfourea ( CSN) and polysuccinimide ( PSI ) that was the thermal condensation polymer of MA. The reaction condition of PSI and CSN was optimized. The product structure was characterized by FT-IR. And the scale inhibition properties and mechanism of CSN-PASP were studied. The result indicates that the scale inhibition efficiency of CSN-PASP is optimum in CSN with 1 . 0 g under the condition of 100 ℃ and 2 . 5 h with CSN to ring opening of PSI. FT-IR proves that amide bond was generated through aminos of sulfourea and carboxyls and the new functional groups are increased on the side chain. CSN-PASP with 10 mg / L, the scale inhibition efficiency is up to 90 % .
