      通过化学镀的方法,在铝合金表面成功地制备了 Ni-Co-P / SiC 复合镀层。 对复合镀层的表面形貌、化学成分、晶态结构、硬度进行了表征分析,通过电化学测试对其耐腐蚀性进行了研究。 结果表明:SiC 纳米微粒起到了提高 Ni-Co-P 合金镀层硬度的作用,向镀液中加入 12 g / L SiC 纳米微粒时,复合镀层的硬度达到最大值524 HV;Ni-Co-P / SiC 复合镀层能增强铝合金材料的耐蚀性能,镀液中 SiC 微粒的质量浓度为 9 g / L 时,复合镀层的耐腐蚀性相对最好。
英文摘要:
      Ni-Co-P / SiC composite coatings on Al alloys were prepared successfully by electroless plating technique.The surface morphologies, chemical composition, crystal structure, hardness of composite coatings were characterized and analyzed, whose corrosion resistance was investigated by electrochemical measurement . The results demonstrated that SiC nano particles can improve the hardness of Ni-Co-P alloy coating. Adding 12 g / L SiC nano particles into plating bath, the hardness of composite coatings may attain a maximum of 524 HV. In addition, Ni-Co-P / SiC composite coatings can also enhance the corrosion resistance of Al alloy materials. When SiC particle concentration is 9 g / L in plating bath, the corrosion resistance of composite coatings may be best relatively.
