      先采用低温超音速火焰喷涂技术在 AZ91 D 镁合金表面沉积一层致密的 Al 涂层,再采用微弧氧化技术进行微弧氧化处理,进而获得复合涂层。 对热喷涂铝涂层微弧氧化的成膜过程、氧化膜微观结构和成分、复合涂层的耐腐蚀性能等进行了研究,并与在 2024 铝合金及 AZ91 D 镁合金表面的微弧氧化过程和氧化膜层进行了对比。 结果表明:在 Al 涂层上微弧氧化形成的微弧氧化膜呈多孔珊瑚状,相结构主要为 γ-Al2O3,没有微裂纹产生,其微弧氧化过程与 2024 铝合金的微弧氧化大致相同;复合涂层具有良好的抗盐雾腐蚀性能,可显著提高镁合金的耐蚀性。
英文摘要:
      The density Al coatings were prepared on AZ91 D magnesium alloys by low temperature high velocity oxygen fuel ( LT-HVOF) , and which was post-treatment by micro-arc oxidation, then the Al / Al2O3composite coatings were acquired.And the film forming process, microstructure and composite, corrosion resistance of the oxidation film, were analyzed by SEM,XRD and Neutral Salt Spray Test ( NSST) and contrasted with the MAO films of the 2024 aluminium alloys and AZ91 D magnesium alloys. As a result, the morphology of the MAO film on Al coatings is porous and coral like with no micro-crack,and its MAO process is the same like 2024 Al alloy 's. And the main phase composition of the MAO films on the Mg / Al composition coatings is γ-Al2O3. The MAO films on the Al coatings have excellent corrosion resistance of artificial seawater and which could markedly improve the anti-corrosion property of the magnesium alloys.
