      为了研究仿生涂层表面形貌与磨损之间的关系,对仿生耐磨涂层磨损前后的表面形貌进行了图像采集,并利用 Matlab 软件对得到的灰度图像进行二值化处理,进而提取出表征涂层表面形貌的特征参数— — —凹坑分布率,分别研究了不同载荷工况下涂层磨损量和凹坑分布率的变化规律,并分析了磨损过程中涂层磨损量与表面凹坑分布率之间的对应关系。 结果表明:存在一个最佳的凹坑分布率范围,可使得涂层具有较好的耐磨性。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the relationship between surface morphology of bionic coatings and abrasion, the images of surface morphology of the coatings before and after friction and wear were acquired. The gray-scale images were binarized by Matlab software, and then the pits distribution rate used for characterizing the surface morphology was extracted. Meanwhile,the changes of the abrasion loss and the pits distribution rate were studied separately. The relationship between abrasion loss and pits distribution rate of the coatings in the process of friction and wear was analyzed. The results show that there exists an optimum pits distribution rate that makes the coatings has a better wear resistance.
