粗糙表面的数字模拟是工件接触性能研究的前提与基础。 针对现有粗糙表面模拟方法的不足,提出一种新的三维高斯粗糙表面数字化模拟方法。 根据设定的自相关函数矩阵构造求解转换矩阵的非线性方程组,采用改进的非线性共轭梯度法进行求解,根据得到的转换矩阵对随机矩阵进行变换,得到三维高斯粗糙表面的高度分布。 最后利用提出的方法模拟了各向同性、异性两种高斯粗糙表面,通过对比分析模拟粗糙表面自相关函数,验证了该方法的有效性。 |

The numerical simulation of rough surfaces is research precondition and basis of contact capacity of engineering assemblies. Aim at the shortcoming in the simulation of rough surfaces, a new numerical simulation method of 3 D gaussian rough surface was proposed. Based on the given autocorrelation function ( ACF) , the non-linear equations were constructed for computing transformation matrix, the transformation matrix was acquired by solving the equations with the improved non-linear conjugate gradient method; The height distribution matrix of rough surface was acquired by transforming random matrix based on the transformation matrix. At last, the anisotropic and isotropic 3 D Gaussian rough surfaces were simulated by the proposed method, and the proposed method was validated by the contrast result of autocorrelation function curves. |
