      粗糙表面的数字模拟是工件接触性能研究的前提与基础,而现有的粗糙表面模拟方法缺乏对表面纹理的考虑,为此提出了一种粗糙纹理表面数字化模拟方法。 该方法通过数字化滤波模拟生成设定自相关函数的粗糙表面,同时模拟生成设定纹理参数的纹理表面,对粗糙表面和纹理表面进行归一化处理后,通过对纹理表面添加比例因子,将两表面进行合成处理,得到最终的粗糙纹理表面。 通过模拟生成两种不同类型的粗糙纹理表面,表明提出的粗糙纹理表面数字化模拟方法能够准确模拟各种类型工件的表面形貌。
英文摘要:
      The numerical simulation of rough surface is research precondition and basis of contact capacity of engineering assemblies. Aim at the shortcoming in the simulation of rough surfaces, a new numerical simulation method of rough texture surface was proposed. The rough surface with desired auto-correlation function was simulated by the digital filter method, and the texture surface with desired parameters was simulated. After normalization of rough surface and texture surface, two surfaces were synthesized by adding the proportion coefficient in the texture surface, the rough texture surface was simulated. At last,two types of rough texture surfaces were simulated. It showed that the proposed method could simulate accurately all kinds of surfaces.
