      以Ni 包Al 粉末和少量Y2O3 粉末为原料,在20 钢基体表面激光熔覆Ni-Al 金属间化合物,获得了质量良好的熔覆层。运用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜分析了熔覆层的组织结构,利用能谱仪、X-ray 衍射仪分析了熔覆层的成分与相结构,研究了热处理对其组织、性能和有序化的影响。结果表明:熔覆层主要由Ni3Al,γ-(Fe,Al),NiAl,AlNiY 和Al2Y 等相组成,热处理后,Ni3Al 相由无序化转变成有序化,并且NiAl 相的有序化得以保留。
英文摘要:
      Taking Ni+Al powder and a small amount of Y2 O3 powder as raw material, on the 20 steel surface the Ni-Al intermetallic compound was cladded by laser. The cladding layer with good quality was obtained. Using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope the microstructure of the cladding coating was analyzed. Using energy dispersive spectrometer, X- ray diffraction the composition and structure of cladding layer were analyzed. The effect of the heat treatment on the microstructure, properties and ordering was studied. The results show that the main phases of the cladding layer are Ni3 Al,γ-(Fe,Al),NiAl,AlNiY and Al2 Y. After heat treatment Ni3 Al phase is changed into ordering from disordering, while the NiAl phase ordering is to be retained.
