      采用微等离子体氧化法在NaAlO2 溶液中对7075铝合金进行表面处理,研究了阳极电流密度及阴/阳极电流密度比对陶瓷层的厚度、硬度、表面及截面形貌、相组成等的影响。结果表明:陶瓷层的厚度、显微硬度及微观形貌与阳极电流密度及阴/阳极电流密度比密切相关,在阳极电流密度为10A/dm2 及阴/阳极电流密度比为0.7时,陶瓷层显示出较好的表面及截面形貌。
英文摘要:
      Applying the technology of micro plasma oxidation to improve the surface of 7075 aluminum alloy in sodium aluminate solution, effects of anodic current density(Ja)and the ratio of cathodic current density(Jc)to anodic current density on thickness and hardness, surface and cross-section morphology as well as phase composition were studied. The results show that, the thickness and hardness as well as surface and cross-section morphology are closely related to Ja and the ratio of Jc/Ja. Better comprehensive property of ceramic coatings is obtained while Ja is 10A/dm2 and ratio of Jc/Ja was 0.7.
