      对粉煤灰进行不同时间的高能球磨,对粉磨后的粉煤灰进行粒度测定,测定结果表明,粉磨10h以后,粉末开始团聚。采用两种粉磨方式对粉煤灰进行粉磨,并提取白炭黑,测定白炭黑的纯度,结果表明:粉煤灰与碳酸钠混合粉磨的活化效果比粉煤灰单独粉磨的效果明显;粉磨时间超过10h后,粉煤灰活化度随粉磨时间的延长而提高缓慢,机械活化效率开始下降。
英文摘要:
      High energy ball mill was performed on fly ash through planetary by different grinding time. Particle size of fly ash was measured. The results showed that the powder began to reunite after 10 hours of grinding. Two different grinding methods were used on fly ash, and silica was extracted. The purity of the products was measured. The results showed that the activation effect of the mix grinding was better than separate grinding; After grinding more than 10 hours, the increment of the activation by increasing the time was slow, and the efficiency of mechanical activation decreased.
