      针对固海扬水工程中泵站水泵密封环在高含沙水质条件下使用寿命短的问题,以镍基自熔性合金粉末为抗磨蚀层材料,采用氧-乙炔焰喷焊工艺在铸钢密封环上喷焊合金层,并进行抗磨蚀试验。结果表明:与铸钢密封环相比,喷焊合金层的密封环的抗磨损和汽蚀性能明显增强,使用寿命是铸钢密封环的2.75倍以上。
英文摘要:
      Under the condition of water with high sand content in pump station of ningxia-sea pumping project, the pump seal-ring is easily worn out. The oxy-acetylene flame spraying process was used to spray Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder on the base of cast steel seal-ring for wear resistance experiment. The results show that, new seal-ring takes great advantages over the cast steel seal-ring in both resisting wear and cavitation and its life is over 2.75 times longer than that of the cast steel seal-ring.
