      分析了钝化液组分及工艺条件对不锈钢钝化效果的影响,结果表明:在HNO3 和H2O2 组成的不锈钢钝化液中,高浓度的氟促进高耐蚀性钝化膜的形成,其耐中性盐雾时间达到168h,同时也增强了钝化液中过氧化氢的稳定性。EDS能谱分析结果表明,不锈钢经过这种含高浓度氟的钝化液处理后,表面形成的钝化膜成分均一,无杂质S和Si,且有益组分Cr富集,因而耐蚀性能明显提高。
英文摘要:
      The effects of the solution composition and process conditions on stainless steel passivation were investigated, the results showed that: in the stainless steel passivation solution composed of HNO3 and H2O2, the high concentrations of fluoride helped the formation of passivation film with high corrosion resistance and more than 168 hours of neutral salt spray test, also enhanced the stability of hydrogen peroxide in the solution. The energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS)analysis results showed that after treated with the passivation solution containing high concentrations of fluoride, the composition of the passivation film on surface of stainless steel became more uniform and no harmful Si and S, increased beneficial Cr content in the passivation film and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel significantly.
