      对42CrMo钢进行磨削淬火和高频感应淬火,对比研究了两种强化层的显微组织、硬度和厚度。结果表明:高频感应淬火强化层的厚度、组织及截面显微硬度分布都较为均匀,组织为细针状的马氏体组织;磨削淬火强化层的厚度不均匀,组织以板条状马氏体为主,由表及里呈现“细曻略粗曻细暠的变化规律,显微硬度高于高频感应淬火强化层。
英文摘要:
      The 42CrMo was treated by grinding hardening and making induction hardening test and the micro-structure, hardness and thickness of the two strengthened layers were compared and studied. The results show that the thickness of enhanced induction strengthened layer is uniformity, the structure of strengthened layer and microhardness of it's cross section are homogeneous, the martensite organization is fine needle-like; And the thickness of grind-hardening strengthened layer is uneven, the main martensite organization of strengthened layer is lath-like, and the change rule of the organization is from fine to slightly coarse, then to fine. The change of microhardness is obvious in strengthened layer.
