      研究了在渗硼剂中添加氧化铈稀土对Q345钢渗硼层组织和厚度的影响,并通过正交试验法确定了催渗工艺。分析表明:适量地添加氧化铈稀土,可显著改善渗层组织,并能使渗层厚度增加10%以上。正交试验结果表明,最佳催渗工艺为:渗硼温度920曟,渗硼时间7h,氧化铈添加量为2%。

      Effects of added cerium oxide rare earth in the boronizing agent on the structure and thickness of boronizing layer for Q345 steel were studied, and the rare earth catalysis process by using the orthogonal testing method was determined. The analysis shows that adding appropriate amount of cerium oxider are earth can significantly improve the boronizing layer structure and increase the thickness of more than 10%. Orthogonal testing results show that the best rare earth catalysis process can be gotten when the temperature is 920 ℃ and the time is 7h and the oxide rare is 2%.
