      研究了Sn-Zn-La-CeO2 复合电镀的镀液中各组分浓度对阴极极化曲线的影响,分析了稀土对镀层中各元素含量的作用,通过Tafel曲线比较了不同镀层在饱和氯化钠溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:镀液组分为SnCl220g/L,ZnCl240g/L,NH4Cl80g/L,C6H5Na3O735g/L,光亮剂15mL/L,辅助光亮剂16mL/L,LaCl312g/L,纳米CeO2 颗粒30g/L时,能够得到适宜的阴极极化值,有利于获得良好镀层;稀土的加入对锡和锌的电沉积有一定的阻化作用;该条件下制备的Sn-Zn-La-CeO2 复合镀层在饱和氯化钠溶液中有最好的耐腐蚀性能。
英文摘要:
      The cathodic polarization curves of different concentrations of each component in bath were studied and the influence of rare-earth on the content of elements in composites was analyzed.Tafel curves of different coatings were tested in NaCl solution to elaborate the corrosion resistance. The optimum process criterion is obtained, which is SnCl2 20g/L, ZnCl2 40g/L, NH4Cl 80g/L, C6H5Na3O7 35g/L, brightener 15mL/L, auxiliary brightener 16mL/L, LaCl3 12g/L, CeO2 nano-particles 30g/L. It is proved that the addition of rare-earth will hinder the codeposition of Zn and Sn. Composites prepared under such circumstances obtained superior properties and good corrosion resistance.
